Research
We are here to help reunite families with lost heirs and often royalties that are held in suspense or held in receiverships by the courts.
Our first step is to reach back in time and discover the original family members, often starting in the 1800's.
Once the primary heirs have been found, the research begins to rebuild the family tree complete with birth & death dates, along with any probates or wills filed of record.
Finally, the ultimate goal is petitioning the courts and the release of funds to the living heirs. Such is the good news of unknown monies being returned to the family. In addition, these family members join a very select group who will then own these oil and mineral rights to pass on to the next generation.
Often times royalties are held in suspense by the oil company or held in receivership by a local court or even worse, escheated to the state.
